I was speaking to D and trying to figure out my ticket because it said I had to appear I virtual court but that is no longer a thing. She kept interrupting me so I askedof I could finish my sentence, and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and she answered again and hung up on me again! At this point i wasnt yelling or anything I just wanted to ask my question! I could have gotten a warrant because she didnt want to do her job. Then I finally got through to Denise and I told her 3 times I wanted her just to set my hearing out because I was upset and didnt want to be on the phone , and she also was super rude to me.. if I got a warrant, it would have been their fault! Denver needs to change the tickets if there is no more virtual court!

What a disorganized mess! The phone number on the tickets and google is wrong and then all the automated messages are just link to another one. No clear information on the ticket on how to appear virtually and the website is just as big of a mess as the phone line. You have to try to be this bad

J Gomez is a terrible traffic infractions employee! My car was stolen and recovered undrivable. The tow truck dropped it off in front of my house and before I could put the plates, the Denver police had given me back, on the car, he ticketed me $100 and would not look at the plates or hear me out.
