        Nearly twenty years ago, I bought a sectional from Robert. It was my first piece of good furniture. The piece was not comfortable for me. Robert went so far as to ship the piece back to the manufacturer in the Carolinas at his expense for repairs. Remarkable service and caring by Robert. Were now in a position to furnish our new home with quality. Robert was our go to person because of his decades old concern to satisfy me with my first couch. Robert is the epitome of committed customer service. The patience, concern for detail and careful handling of our needs with this new project is such a fun experience. The kindness and courtesy of the whole Element team makes this a special treat for us.         Great service from first ideas thru delivery! Loved working with Mary Beth in figuring out sizes and colors, she was thoughtful and gave us space to make decisions. Our mountain delivery team got stuck assembling a table and the owner got on face time to assist. Thanks for a great experience!
