Purchased house 02/2024. Found Merle at Columbine mortgage has an open house that we attended had a special program. I spoke with Merle and he was able to give me information without applying for the program. After I applied for the loan got the lowest interests rate , the paperwork was easy to do and no surprises at closing . He also was able to get a translator that was needed . Christine and team did a great job of walking us through the entire process. Even with all the research I could do on my own, I still had many questions about my options in such a crazy real estate market. Christine answered those questions in a way that respected my goals and respected what we knew about our options. This team was able to coach my wife and me to a mortgage that was right for us. Throughout the process, their communication to us was incredible. I was always aware about what was going on, and what was expected of us. Made this incredibly challenging process seem easy. About Pam Wandry Recently my wife and I decided to downsize to sell our house of 26-plus years and buy a condominium. Ideally, we would have used proceeds from the house sale to purchase the condo, but we soon found a unit we liked and decided to buy it before actually selling the house. We worked with Pam to secure a mortgage loan for the condominium purchase. She cheerfully guided us through the many online steps of submitting loan documentation and reviewing and approving multiple disclosure and financial forms. She was very attentive to details and timelines and would go the extra mile to find answers to our questions.
