I cant thank Mike and his team enough for all of their help this week. We are in town for a conference and our package with our posters had gotten lost. We needed a super quick turn around time and Mike and his team did not disappoint or hesitate to help! Also, not only once, but twice! Less than an hour from start to finish, great customer service, and the adorable, friendly Aki was the cherry on top. Thank you Mike and everyone at Post Net for saving the day!

The manager of PostNet knows that I am currently receiving cancer treatment outside of the US and so I rented a virtual mailbox from PostNet. The manager of the store illegally charged my card $2 for a service that was listed as "$0 free" and when I asked him for a refund, he illegally deleted my virtual mailbox and stole all of my mail, including my new credit card and letters regarding my healthcare and cancer treatment. Tampering with USPS mail in this way is a federal crime, and is terrible to do to someone in my condition. Shame on PostNet.
