If i could leave zero stars I would. What a freaking nightmare living under a property controlled by Mynd management. It has been bogus charge after bogus charge upon move out that we are now seeking legal advice. First it was $150 to remove a mini fridge that Mynd had provided us when our Main fridge went out and we were without any mean of refrigeration for almost a week. Yes we did not have any way to store breast milk for our newborn for almost a week cause that's about how long it takes Mynd to replace an essential appliance. Next came the $450 charge to replace a loose shed door handle??? I mean the handle cost $30 and apparently $400 in labor?? Then there was a $280 whole house cleaning charge. We have never left a rental anything but spotless in the past. Absurd Nickle and diming on every little standard wear and tear mark. What makes me the most upset as that we requested they have a phone conversation about these charges but they simply are straight cowards who hide behind their computer screens all day and. are only there to please one party, the property owner. When deciding on where to rent reconsider Mynd.

Edit: we have finally moved out and they continue to be horrendous. Charging absurd fees for non-existent issues. No matter how much you clean you WILL be charged a $250 cleaning fee. A door knob was loose on an outside shed and they are trying to charge $400 for a doorknob replacement. Never rent 2523 N Williams st in Denver (or any other houses on the block- they have multiple). Terrible! Do not use them. They do not respond to service requests (claiming most of them are cosmetic therefore not covered) fridge, windows, stove all falling apart. They let the owners of the property run the show and have supported them being overly invasive. Asking when we pay our bills, when we are moving in, when we plan to mow the lawn etc. If you dont want repairs and want to be monitored like a child this is the company for you! They gaslight by asking how its going and when you respond with your concerns are dismissed or given a generic response. 0 stars.

I have called 4 times and they have not fixed trespassers. I am a neighbor of one their their rental properties. They have their prospective tenants park in the alley behind the house and walk around through my property to get to the front door to view the house. This is happening daily and multiple times. I have called and they say they cannot put me in contact with the agent who is in charge of showing the house and they can only leave a message. It's been two weeks.

Would give this place negative 5 stars if I could, The worst place I have ever rented from. They dont care about their residents, they all are EXTREMELY unknowledgeable about their properties. They charge the absolute max rent for houses that are falling apart, and then decide what maintenance is worth it to them. And to top it all off, once you move out theyll take your whole security deposit, and then charge you thousands of dollars worth of repairs that were most definitely not done when you moved in to begin with. But somehow the previous resident is responsible for repairs that shouldve been done 5 years before they even moved into the property. Dont even know how this company is still in business.
