    I had a very good experience with PostNet until it was time to figure out how to forward my mail once my digital mailbox was cancelled. I was given incorrect advice that I could get mail forwarding through USPS, which was not the case, causing me to run all over town trying to figure out how to solve the problem. I called PostNet to try to get a straight answer, and was treated extremely rudely from the first minute on the phone. Mike got on the phone with me and was instantly rude and pushy, talking over me and not allowing me to complete a sentence. Eventually I had to hang up the call without a resolution, but I did inform Mike that I would be leaving a review to reflect my experience. Shortly after that call, I got an email saying that my account had been cancelled, without my permission. While I had been calling about what to do when I cancelled my box, but I never officially closed it. I've followed up in numerous ways, including trying to get a refund for the month that I paid for through the Better Business Bureau. The response that I got through that channel was "the only thing we can do here if she wants to re activate her account is to remove google review." Clearly this cancellation was revenge for me saying that I would be posting a negative review. My advice is to be very careful about the people here that are dealing with your mail. At this point, the issue is really not even about the money, but concern over unethical business practices. Dealing with people's mail is serious business, and PostNet should absolutely not be trusted.
