My stay the ATU in Durango, Colorado was absolutely one of the most beneficial, positive & wonderfully, life altering experiences ever. Their individually personalized, one on one treatment, support & sincere caring truly touched my heart & life...so much so that I didnt want to leave! The beautiful Dr Kumar & her team, Cowboy Joe, Mia (my blonde), the sweetest, most kind & helpful Jennifer & all the other team members taught me that I am enough & that I definitely matter! Words cannot express my gratitude or the love I feel for these amazing human beings! I stand & applaud all of you for your epic, intimately supportive treatment & professionalism!!! Thank you & God bless you all... Sincerely, Elizabeth Merie Ursula Stevens

Wish I could rate 0 stars simply for front desk experience alone. I have called two times in the past 9 days and left a voicemail both times saying I need to urgently speak to my psychiatrist due to an improper referral I received (I requested a referral for diagnostics for one mental health condition and instead received the wrong referral for an entirely different condition) and my medication dosage needing to be decreased due to adverse reaction when the dose was changed without my knowledge. No staff member has called me back a single time despite me stating all of this and emphasizing the urgent need to speak with my mental health specialist. This is not my first bad experience with this front desk staff, previously they have refused to communicate importance of calls to my psychiatrist (have called one other time previously with an urgent request to speak to my psychiatrist due to my medication lapsing without me knowing my insurance had rejected it suddenly, I will note my medication is one where without it withdrawal symptoms begin and I have a very sensitive mental state due to CPSTD, Chronic Anxiety, Chronic Depression, ADHD, and Autism all being a part of my mental health diagnosis.) For the most part Dr. Patti Snodgrass has been a good provider but with this horrendous front desk staff and the toll interacting with them takes on my mental health I will have no choice but to find another Psychiatric provider. I cannot recommend against this company enough.
