        Went by over the weekend 11/18, this is no longer a UPS store, it's another FedEx location. They've changed the signs outside the building but have not updated the Google info, which is annoying since I drove 30 minutes for absolutely no reason and the only other UPS STORE is in Boulder, all other locations are access points or drop offs.

        You can't even get an answer when you call this store. Do yourself a favor and look for another way to ship. If I was ups I would definitely be looking for new management because they are making you look bad. Go to US postal service instead!

        Had several items delivered to a mailbox here that "mysteriously" have gone missing. Delivery shows it was handed to the people working here, but they claim to have lost it.

        Sunday hours on Google not accurate, or someone did not show up to work. I'm here to drop off packages at 11am when Google says they are open. No one is at the store, door is locked, lights out, etc. I gave them 10 minutes just in case someone is running late (it happens) but no dice. Literally 10 other people have come up to the store as well, one with a crying baby... Pretty inconsiderate if these are actual store hours. I suggested Google update their store hours to closed on Sunday, so we will see if that is truly the case and hopefully the info gets fixed so that people are not inconvenienced. I gave two stars because I've dropped off packages at this location at other times without issues. Two stars translates to "disliked it" on Google reviews so that's what I'm going with!

        We made an appointment for a notary. We showed up on time, and the only person there wasn't a notary, and wasn't sure if the notary would come. They TOOK the appointment, but didn't HOLD the appointment. Very Seinfeld.
