I got 2 bedrooms suite but it was handicap room I asked not giving me a handicap room because it designed for wheelchairs no coffee table big rooms with less furnitures and it is hard to use the shower because it designed for handicapped nothing against handicapped but it should saved for handicapped not trying to sell it to last minute guest thanks

"Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations at Marriott, Glenwood Springs" During a recent stop at the Marriott in Glenwood Springs to charge our car, we encountered hospitality that truly went above and beyond. The front desk attendant was the epitome of friendliness and helpfulness, making a simple charging stop an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Traveling with kids can be challenging, especially during longer road trips requiring stops to recharge both our vehicle and ourselves. Recognizing our needs, the attendant warmly welcomed us to use the hotel's facilities, allowing us access to the bathrooms, which was a relief after hours on the road. But what truly stood out was her thoughtful gesture of lending us a basketball so we could enjoy some playtime on the hotel's court while waiting for our car to charge. This act of kindness provided a much-needed break and allowed our kids to burn off some energy in a fun and safe environment. This level of serviceattentive, considerate, and going beyond the typical call of dutyleft a lasting impression on us. It's not just the physical amenities or the luxurious comforts of a hotel that define a memorable stay, but the human touch that transforms a simple stop into a delightful experience.
