        We bought a 2019 Catalina Toy hauler for this place and they told us that everything worked and the roof had no issues. We also bought an extended warranty and we have had nothing but problems with this trailer and have not been able to use it due to the amount of damage it has. I would recommend going anywhere but here as they are dishonest and uncaring about the product they sale or providing customer service. I have made several attempts to contact them and resolve this but continue to get no answers and they will not even look at it. I will never shop here again.

        I worked with Michael who was amazing. He listened to what I wanted and offered different options. Then after looking at a bunch of different trailers I finally found the one I love that met everything I wanted and then some. Thanks to Michael for taking the time to answer all my questions and text messages until all my questions no matter how small were answered. The rest of the people there were just as amazing and friendly. I will definitely be sending people to them for any trailers.

        Michael Burke was great! Real knowledgeable and was able to help us narrow down the type of Camper w were looking for without walking around arms looking at all the campers in the lot!

        Service department is hidous!! The RV authority, I don't think so!! Worst service I have ever experienced in 15 years of RVing. Lazydays has a revolving door of service advisors, and that slows repair time. The Lazydays service advisors I have worked with (in one year I have had five different service advisors, the turn around here is crazy) will not call you to inform you of updates. Their work is not done right the first time!! You and your RV mean nothing to these people and they will treat you as such. Working with lazydays is a huge headache. From one seasoned RVer to the world, avoid Lazydays service like the plague!!..
