        I just moved in and so this review is for the move in process and my first week. Ive been really happy with all of my interactions with the staff so far. They were patient and helpful with selecting my unit and getting my documents in order. The apartment is wonderful and the community is green and quiet. No issues with anything so far. Bravo!

        Chantel and Hannah have been amazing, ensuring that the whole process goes smoothly. The apartment is beautiful and the location is in a really accessible area! (There was a link mix-up where I originally posted this review for the Westminster location, but I'm in Lafayette)

        Enjoyed it and all questions were annswered. Like the ability to access the prroperty right from our padio. We are senios looking for first floor so it is easier to walk our little dog easily especially in the evenings. We are currently locked into a lease in our 55+ apartment and when lease is almost up will definitly try to get a 2 bed at this community. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
