Cole Ritchey came by my office and taped an envelope to our window claiming "Confidential Information", etc - Turned out just to be a really poorly written sales attempt which is all well and fine. With that said - he taped the envelope to our window graphics. When the tape was removed it removed the ink from the decals and they now need to be reprinted. By the way: Who just walks into work one day, sees an envelope taped to their door and says: "You know what? I'm selling my business to this highly reputable firm who tapes envelopes to entry doors." Lame, lame, lame....

I had a good experience from start to finish with Transworld and with Alex Dvorak. I called Alex about one of his listings, and although we didn't get that deal, Alex spent the time to hear what we were after, what our investment objectives were, and when another deal came along that fit our criteria, he remembered our conversation and called me. He was helpful through that second process, figured out what help we needed (and, importantly, what we did not need), and adjusted accordingly. We closed on the deal a couple of months ago, and the team at Transworld (and certainly Alex) earned their fee by facilitating the deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex, and when it is time to sell the business, I'll be calling them again.

We have used Transworld to help with selling our business in 2017. Although it took longer than we would have liked, the transaction process was very seamless and thorough. It was our impression that both us, the seller, as well as the buyer, felt the entire procedure was very much done by the books and conducted in a professional manner. Our consultant, Roger, was very knowledgeable in commercial sales so that made us felt very confident in the abilities of this firm. If we ever have another business to sell, Transworld will be our go-to channel.
