        Sent us a text when they left and arrived with in 15 min. Their van, shirts, business cards and magnet all matched 100% (goes a long way in my book). They cleaned our old carpet and drastically improved it. Already scheduled my next service and will refer to everyone.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online from their menu of available dates and times, their initial cost estimate was accurate, and their price was considerably lower than an estimate I got from a well known nation-wide company. The technicians James and Zane arrived right on time, they were conscientious, professional and courteous, and they made my carpet look like it did before I had a teenage son - now that's saying something!
