Nico was awesome!!!! We are getting rid of the burning of the eyes with our new chlorine machine!!! I really liked the no laundry detergent option as well so of course we had to go with that too. Thanks all!

Clint was amazing and this system is so what everyone needs in their home. I was shocked about what was in my water. No pressure sales with an exceptional product!!!

Do yourself a favor and do NOT let these people into your house to test your water. The sales people are very pushy and if you already tell them no they will continue and basically won't leave and make it awkward until they get a yes. Purchased the systems recommended but if you get the reverse osmosis upgraded just know it will cost $370 a year to replace the filters on top of what you are already paying per month. Had the system for a week and flooded our crawlspace. Had a guy from the company clean some of the water and fix the unit but turns out he turned off the system for an entire year without us knowing until I had the filters replaced that's when the guy told me he turned it back on. Called the manager about this issue said he will contact the owner who was away for the holidays and will call when he got back. We are now at the end of March and no phone call from the owner. Update - VP from the company reached out to me and was very helpful and really made sure to make things right. After service techs came to my home and made sure everything was working smoothly and fixed my reverse osmosis. I am happy to report my family and I are FINNALY able to experience the benefits of a soft water system after owning my system for a little over a year.
