No help what so ever, waste of a day off

I usually dont write bad reviews but this time I need to share my experience at this location. I have been a Pep Boys customer for over 12 years, unfortunately the Littleton shop closed a few years ago. 1st incident: We bought a set of tires for my SUV, but a few months later I noticed inner edge wear on the front tires, went back and according to them the installation was done correctly and told me that I failed to rotate my tires and that they were unable to replace them because I didnt buy the warranty. I was not happy but I had to buy a new set of tires to be ready for the winter. 2nd incident- We got an appointment for an alignment last week, and after an hour of waiting, they came back to tell me that I needed over $1500 in repairs before they can do the alignment. This time I listened to their reasoning but decided to go somewhere else to get my SUV alignment done. Just as I suspected, ONLY one of the outer tire rod-end needed replacement, which cost me $100 to replace plus $150 for the alignment. At this point, I am done with Pep Boys and I will never go back to this location at all. I would also recommend others to go somewhere else and avoid getting bamboozled by their salespeople.

Dont go here. Made an appointment. Got there and they said they couldnt put my tires on because they arent factory size even though on my last vehicle I went to a different pep boys a few miles away and had larger than factory tires installed and had a great experience. They just had every excuse under the sun why they couldnt put the tires on. Weird experience
