Horrible service after the sale!! We have owned an L&L water purification system, along with a reverse osmosis drinking water filter system for 6 years. While we have been happy with the performance of the system, we recently had new countertops installed in our kitchen. This required us to disconnect the RO system under the kitchen sink. Upon trying to reconnect the RO system (which is very simple), we discovered that a $5.00 faucet connector needed to be replaced. We reached out to L&L for assistance. Niko said it would cost $300.00 to send out a technician to take care of this. We told Niko we couldn't justify $300 to provide a $5.00 part. All we needed was a replacement part. He assured us he would talk to his technicians to see what could be done. Then he went completely dark on us. This is not the first time we have had a total lack of response with this company, which has all left a bitter taste in our mouth. We will be in need of a replacement purification system not too far down the road. We will not even consider L&L!! They have lost a customer for life.
