We store our camper here and are very pleased with the facility and service there! We've had some minor service work done on our camper by Doug and couldn't have been happier with the work and service we received from him.

I brought my trailer in a while back to their service department to have someone look at an issue I was having. I had previously taken it to the place where I bought it and they didn't fix the problem completely. Doug, the tech at Go Home Port found the underlying issue and fixed it. He did a great job and can't thank him enough

I had a great experience with my Rv repair. Convenient to home, got me in quickly and fixed my broken skylight dome window as soon as the new part arrived. The staff and technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Will use their service in the future for other needed repairs.

UPDATE: After 1700 miles of traveling the work completed has held up very well. The installation turned out to be an improvement in some ways over our previous car's hardware. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work. The negatives (written about below) are all still accurate but I wanted to update as promised. Mixed review: 4-5 stars for making most (not all) things right in the end and friendly staff. 3 stars for actual completed work & other complications described below. First, the positive: John is very friendly and returns calls quickly, the mechanics/technicians Doug & Joseph did fix most things that were not completed correctly the first time. The negatives: [1] We asked for a base plate to be installed that would work with the parts we brought to the shop (a cross bar and two quick disconnects). This was very clear as I showed the parts to John and left them with goHomePort. When I picked up the car, the quick disconnects (a) were not installed and after pointing this out, (b) when they were installed, they did not work with our cross bar. I had to return after the weekend to get that fixed. It now mostly works with the tow bar but is more difficult to put onto the base plate than it had been. And, our rockguard no longer fits on the installation which was the entire reason for choosing this particular baseplate package. We will likely be spending more money to get a different set up in the future since this didn't work out. [2] On another day, we returned to have an auxiliary braking system and brakemaster installed. This time when we came to pick it up, the brakemaster had not been installed AND I was presented with an invoice which was 30% higher than they had estimated. We had to leave the car again and return later. The technician was very apologetic and nice. After some discussion, John honored the original work estimate. I was very satisfied with both those outcomes. To sum up: friendly, responsive staff who will do some work to make things right if they aren't done correctly the first time. A little too much miscommunication (on nature of job and invoice) and I had to return too many times to make things (mostly) right.
