        Thank you for amazing customer service! I ordered a birthday arrangement for my nieces 21st birthday and when they delivered it we all learned she was out of the country celebrating! They kindly agreed to create a new arrangement and deliver again when she was back home more than a week later! Thank you for your patience and great service!!!

      Hi Craig, we would agree with you totally, but we did not take this order- this was an online order that you placed. You placed your phone number on the recipient's phone line and without specific orders to take it off, we won't alter an order that someone has placed themselves. In this case, it should have been left blank and we are sorry for the mix-up, but did not have instructions to take it off. If they would have called in to the shop, we do not give out any information on an anonymous order unless requested by the police, and only to them. That has happened on 3 occasions and so we are very careful with anonymous orders. Unfortunately, since you placed the order, we did not know what phone number you placed on the recipient's line and did not check it to see that it was the same as yours.
