        The property management company the I use for my rental property, contact Front Range to replace a water heater that was appareently leaking. When I spoke to the property management company on call coordinator I requested a quote for the replacement of the water heater. The quote for the project was, $2,200.00. Once the job was completed; I received a bill for $2,975.00. I consulted with an independat plumber regarding the cost of the project to make sure that it was within the usual customary fees for the area. He confirmed that some cities have special codes due to main waterline pressuer changes.I research the price of the parts that were replaced, and correlated it with the brands used, It was surprising to see how much of a markup on parts was on my bill. There were parts replaced that the city required by code, others were not, but replaced anyway. Just make sure when dealing with this company you do your homework.

        10000/10! I had a frozen pipe burst. Greg was nearby and rushed over. The plumbing in my house is complex and difficult to access. He did what was needed to get our water back on right away. He was here for over two hours with no complaints. Hes amazing!
