I love this bank! Every staff member is extremely helpful, welcoming & kind! Always willing to take extra time to answer any questions I have. Its never a dreadful thought when having to make a deposit- youll be treated well and greeted with a smile here! Highly recommend!

Absolutely dreadful experience. Spare yourself the frustration and seek banking services elsewhere. This bank no longer values its customers or their money. Despite our 20-year loyalty to this bank weve received nothing in return. The assistant manager Mauricios demeanor was not only rude and condescending but exhibited zero customer service skills. Ever since the acquisition of Peoples Bank by Community Banks of Colorado the overall service has drastically declined. Combine the fees, antiquated online banking system, and lack of responsiveness from customer support and your left with a bleak picture. Spare yourself the frustration and seek banking services elsewhere. This bank no longer values its customers or their money.
