First off, I am a CODA, (child of deaf adults). Though I never fully passed my hearing tests growing up, I did okay until my late 20's when I got my hearing aids. That Audiologist & the hearing aid experience was so bad that I, and unfortunately my family, dealt with my mild to severe hearing loss for over 30 years. Let's face it, spending a lot of money for a poor product and a lousy doctor leaves a person feeling upset and angry. Fast forward around a year ago, my 7 year old Grandson needed a hearing evaluation. Both he and my Daughter in Law returned singing praises about Hearing Associates Of Parker. "It was fun!", he said with a big smile as he showed me the contents of a generous goodie bag they gave him. Hmm. I finally agreed to an appt...6 months later. Yesterday I had that appt and WOW, am I impressed! The clean office is both kid and adult friendly, including a variety of drinks, candy and other snacks to indulge in at will. Lucy, whom is at the front desk, and the Doctor spent all the time I needed as they very patiently dealt with my high anxiety which made it hard for me to focus. Everything was calmly explained to me in detail about the paperwork, each individual test, all the results and all my options. By the time the Doctor showed me the hearing aids, especially how I could try them out for a month for only $200 and that I would have follow up appts to help with any/all concerns, I was so relieved at having had such a positive experience I said "Yes... YES." And, big relief, there was no high pressure sales tactics. Payment plans are available too. Hearing Associates of Parker focuses on great customer service which is so sorely lacking in today's fast paced world. I don't know if this is normal, but from start to finish I had taken 2 hours of their time, I was shocked! I'm so happy I was brave enough to give it another go and let them help me. Sounds so mushy I know, but it's true. Thank you Hearing Associates of Parker.

They administered a test that confirmed the problem I was having and presented multiple options to help. The only complaint I have is that they didn't tell me the pricing up front.

I visited Hearing Associates in Parker due to some new ringing in my ears. Their office was easy to find, clean and the staff was super friendly. The tests were comfortable, thorough and they explain what to expect with each test. I really appreciated the detailed information and explanations about how hearing loss occurs with age. I would highly recommend Hearing Associates.
