All the Stafff were very respectful and helpful though some guest were rude and loud

The staff were respectful and courteous but that's the only positive thing about this hotel. Absolutely disgusting rooms. AC unit not clean, trash wasn't changed, and the toilet only worked sometimes. Advertised a free breakfast and the breakfast room never even had the lights turned on. I had to worry about my work truck being broken into because anyone is allowed to come up to the hotel and loiter around outside. Dig through their dumpster and basically be a nuisance. Other guests here were about as trashy as the hotel itself. Throwing trash outside, being loud until 12-1am. There are so many other hotels just within walking distance there's no excuse why anyone should stay here ever. Rooms: Incredibly small. The furniture looks like it was all bought out of someone's truck. None of the decor matches. The lighting makes me feel like I'm in a doctor's office instead of a hotel. Safety: Not very. Homeless are constantly loitering on the property. They were constantly walking around my work truck and I couldn't even have a smoke without feeling like I was gonna get jumped.

If I could give a zero ranking I would! This place is a hell hole- filthy sheets, comforters and bathrooms. There was NO breakfast (not that I would eat anything in this place). There were sketchy people running the front desk with no identification that they worked there, and groups of sketch people outside the front door. We made them move us from our first room and the second wasn't much better! I have NEVER in my life seen anything like this place. We only stayed the first night because we were exhausted from traveling. I tried to get a refund from them for the 2 other nights I had booked, and they told me, "I can't help you with that!" Seriously looked like a crack house- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!!
