Horizon Pediatrics and Primary Care

Physician saw my partner and wouldnt take the effort to do any testing, bloodwork or anything that would require Dr Cooper to do any work. Partner has asthma and needed oxygen, Dr Cooper told him to go to the ER and suggested he would die within a week if he didnt. Very unprofessional and we are very underwhelmed about the lack of care and consideration. The nurse assistants were more helpful than the actual Doctor. Would not recommend this physician.

Oh how I wish I read the reviews before coming here. My Dr never followed up with me in regards to lab results, I called the office the following day after I was seen at the office to leave a message for my Dr I was still having the painful symptoms as the day before. I was told the Dr would call me as she had my results. I never heard back and ended up and the ER where they found my diagnosis. It took a trip to the ER to get the help I needed so much for having a primary Dr. This was my second office visit due to my previous primary office moving further away. I will not return to this office and I give caution to anyone who is considering this office beware.

Unfortunately after taking my kids here for the last 10 years, they decided not to take my insurance anymore. And they didnt call to let me know they told me when I called to get my daughter seen and was told going to an urgent care is my best bet until I find a new doctor.
