        I called to see if they had something in stock the guy I was talking to said, I cant get it in until about November. so I said I will try to find something somewhere else. In the meantime, I found someone who had it in stock, but this guy called back to let me know they could get it within a week which is great but I already found one. I told him I was able to find it somewhere who had it in stock because I need it much sooner and at the end of the conversation he said, you found some thing in the last 30 minutes I was talking to my sales team. Thanks for nothing. I would not shop here ever. It was just very unprofessional and not how you treat people.

      That is one side of the story. Once the customer told me he needed blowers for this fall and a week would be fine there was nothing about "I can't get it until November". Customer didn't say anything about him trying to find them somewhere else. I told him I spent 30 minutes on the phone with my salesman, to get items shipped in a timely manner and for me to pay the least amount of freight (I didn't say "you found something in the last 30 minutes"). I didn't feel I was treated very well, customer stated within a week was fine, didn't say he was going to try to find somewhere else. Once I told him we would need a partial deposit, then he told me he found them somewhere else. Not about money, I told the customer that there was very little margin in the blowers.
