        Rude people who don’t stand behind their products. Terrible communication and quite honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Stay away.

        I came here last week for a new washing machine since my old one stopped working after my basement was flooded. The man at the store was very nice, unfortunately after the washer was delivered I discovered it did not work! I called again and a man on the phone was extremely RUDE! He told me condescendingly why would I say it was't working if it turns on? SIR IT IS NOT WASHING CLOTHES WHICH IS THE PURPOSE SO NO IT IS NOT WORKING!!!! He directed me to the GE manufacturer which does not have an available service check until Oct 11, one month after purchase date of a busted washer!!!! I used to love Buzaid, but after this horrible experience I don't know if I can ever return.
