Warning to buyers (read the yelp reviews) Managers dont want to accept larger returns. They seem to be fine with sample returns but anything larger, they put up a fight. All boxes were new and in perfect condition. He said they were not, because a few of the top pieces were damp from transporting them on a trailer. 2000lbs of marble tile). I challenged the manager to show me anything that was damaged and he could not. Because everything was new and in good condition and we were within the 90 day return period we left the 11 boxes at the store for them to return. Protect yourself, take photos so you have proof, contact your credit card company. Dont let Floor and Decor bully you, and they will try to with larger returns. This seems to be a well run public corporation so Im hoping the problem is isolated to the Danbury store and the stock manager, but buyers beware.

I walked into the store and the middle-aged woman inside was angry.. I walk over to her to ask a question about the tile and she flat out refuses to answer and walks away. I am shocked a store like this could still be opened . I had planned to remodel my entire house there, but now I'll go to Home Depot instead, as they have the same tile for half the price. Im remodeling my whole home you lost a customer for life.

Rude rude rude!! Was in there tonight. I asked a woman for help and she told me I had to make an appointment! She was just standing around doing NOTHING! There were no customers in the store, 10 employees doing nothing. Guess what Floor and Decor I will not be returning to you ever again.
