My dryer stopped running and being of low income, I had to find an inexpensive yet dependable machine. I came across T and A Appliances and saw what they had for sale on the website. There was a dryer that was within my price range and called. I talked to Andres and he said that the dryer i was inquiring about had been sold. He asked me about my dryer and I sent him info and he called me back within an hour and said that he might have one within my price range since my dryer was too old to repair (25+years. I must note that his repair services were exceptionally fair) He texted me the next day and said he had one. He had it prepped and ready for pick up. Tatiana, his wife, helped me move it into my neighbors van but not before asking me about the type of plug my old one had. The plug wasn't the same, so she expertly installed the correct part. She was very friendly and gave me advice on operating the dryer. My new (used) dryer works like a charm. T&A Appliances really took care of me. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and impressed with how quickly and professionally i was taken care of. Andres and Tatiana are a cut above the rest! I can't thank Andres ( and Tatiana) enough for turning a bad thing into something great!
