Aspen Dental - Enfield, CT

Horrible practice, I would not recommend them to anyone. I came in as a new patient and was instantly recommended a number of services and procedures instead of getting a cleaning like I requested. I got a second opinion from my original dentist who told me Aspen Dental was nothing but a money grab, he told me I didnt need any procedures, etc. Aspen also seems very racist towards their patients of color. They do not treat their black employees well at all, you can tell there is a big difference. I would stay far away from this practice.

I called on the call center line at night and got a first appointment for the morning because I broke a front tooth. Although they were booked and couldnt guarantee I could get my tooth fixed, they were able to give me an appointment for that day and I hadnt left the parking lot when called to say they had a cancellation and got me in right away. It was such a relief that they were able to fix my tooth before I left for a vacation. Everyone was professional, friendly and nice. Very much appreciated.

This place is absolutely horrible. Screwed up one tooth and I had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. Stay away at all costs. You can trust a meth head in Hartford with your dental work as much as you can the actual Dentist(s) in Enfield Aspen Dental. STAY AWAY.

Would like to thank the staff at Aspen Dental in Enfield, Ct. I was treated very compassionately since I was terrified to have my teeth checked knowing Id probably need dentures. The thought of having that done also scared me. The dentist Patrick D was very nice and helpful making the process as painless as possible. He also identified an abscess in my sinus cavity I didnt know I had. After starting me on antibiotics I started feeling better than I had in a long time. Also the dental hygienist, Mikasa was super nice, very helpful, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. So I thank all the staff. The process was easy and Im very happy. My advice is if you havent been to the dentist in awhile, make an appointment. Youll be glad you did. Update: All finished and a very happy customer

I dont even know how this place is still open. Ive had family who have worked for this office and there is absolutely no work/life balance. From what Im told, employees cant even get a day off without their employment being threatened. Ive seen how the management treats their employees and they should be ashamed. I urge all employees there to find a company that actually cares about their workers. Dont sell your soul for $18 an hour. I went in for a cleaning myself and the doctor magically found a diagnosis that required $6000 worth of work. I got a second opinion and was told that this was completely false. Ive read the other reviews and found that this seems to be the common theme with this Enfield location. This place is so unethical, its comical.
