        Pros: Great place to start out in. Apartments are simple. Very convenient location to places like Yale and Quinnipiac. Easy access to highways. Across the street from Eli's which has great food. Short drive to the main road where a bunch of big-brand stores are, like Stop and Shop, Ulta, CVS, Walmart, etc. Cons: No in-unit washer and dryer, so there can be problems with laundry. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for 2 floors, so people did move laundry if it was forgotten. And you do need to pay for laundry, about $5 for each wash and dry. AC and heat is not turned on until management turns it on, so there were days I was sweltering in my apartment because it was not time for management to turn on the AC. Had a forward-facing apartment, so it could get up to 90 degrees in my apartment. Air did not move well.

      Whitney Towers, a smoke-free community, is all about comfort and convenience. Apartments have an open floor plan spilling with natural light. We have 1 and 2-bedroom apartments that include heat, hot water, and a/c. If you check our vacancies you will find both one and two bedroom apartments are competitively priced. Whitney Towers is between Yale University and Quinnipiac University’s main campus. The Centerville neighborhood, where Whitney Towers is located, offers many shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.
