There was a small problem with the car I rented, they were fast and efficient, I was in another car immediately. Great job. I will recommend your company to all my friends and associates.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Hamden offers excellent service, and their staff is friendly and professional. I joined the Enterprise Plus rewards program and started earning points towards free car rentals worldwide. Their new location, conveniently located near the Hamden Plaza, is very close to my home, and they offer pickup and drop off service. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car. My peeps at Enterprise in Hamden upgraded me to a gorgeous Chevy Trailblazer on 01/25/2024! Thanks to Enterprise for my latest upgrade to a sleek SUV! In addition, I appreciate having access to a car without having a car note and insurance bill monthly.

Enterprise will continue to receive my business for any rental cars. Had a flawless rental experience back in the spring and recently had another rental last month. This last rental had a problem pop up and the Enterprise staff made sure to look into it and offer some compensation to make it right. Because of their professionalism and high quality rentals otherwise, they are my go-to choice. Edit: The problem with the rental that I mentioned above somehow resurfaced after posting this review and Enterprise tried to bill me hundreds of dollars for the repair. This was after I previously explained the issue, the manager was extremely apologetic and returned half the rental fee, and I thought everything was taken care of, as the problem was very likely due to the person who rented the car before me. I then had to waste my time with their claims department to explain that this whole situation had already been resolved immediately after the rental and trying to pin the problem on me months later was nonsense. They eventually withdrew the claim but it was a headache. For this I am deducting one star from my previous review. I still recommend Enterprise and I hope this was a one-time miscommunication that won't happen again.

Luke and the agent who helped me find a car that I wanted were friendly and helpful. The car that I rented is good, but it has its maintenance light on and smells like weed.

I wast comfortable with my rental, which I needed for a week. Tommy the manager in Hamden CT called to see how everything was going, I explained he switch me into a beautiful Dodge Charger! Tommy went way beyond his duty to make sure I was satisfied AND I WAS!! Thank you Tommy!!
