        I spent months looking for a PCP and a coworker referred me to Dr.Tyrell Smith. My first visit there was no one to check me in until they came out for another patient. Then I had the most inappropriate situation happen with another patient in the waiting room. I wouldn't want to embarrass the practice with the details because over all the Dr was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable. After the visit I was told I would get a call back to make my other appointment because of a system change. No one ever called me or returned my calls . I get that they are understaffed but why would I continue to go to a practice that doesnt respect my time. Side bar: my coworker is now looking for another pcp as well no one is getting back to her or taking care of her health needs. I would reconsider coming here.
