        **Edit 4/10/24- Owner is coming out to personally assess this situation** Do not recommend doing business with this company for installations or service of anything propane related. I purchased a firelog set 4 years ago from Dutch and was advised it was new when purchased. Upon the first few times of having to call for service because it did not function, the service tech asked how old it was, because he said the unit looked over 10 years old. As the fire log set had a 5 year warranty, any issues should be covered. However, their policy is to bill the customer for the warranty work first. Then, once the company is reimbursed by the manufacturer, Dutch would allegedly pay you back for what you paid. This is a highly unusual practice, as I have never seen any warranty work like this. Now, the company refuses to service their fire log set, as it still under warranty, stating other propane companies will be able to submit a claim under the warranty. In any event, I would recommend CPP or Daniels Energy, as they are companies who are focused on Customer Service as their top priority.

        Our new furnace was put in less than a day. The techs were very professional and left the area spotless. My husband given a walk through after installation was finished. And we are good for another 28 years!

      Hello Joe, We installed a NEW unit back in 2019. It was upsetting that you accused us of selling you a used unit. On several occasions our office was treated with unreasonable behavior and your accounts were closed. Management tried to call multiple times to review what happened, left a few messages to call us back and we never heard from you. We never want an unhappy customer regardless of the reasons. When you called today for a propane smell, we recommended you call your current propane provider for assistance, that was again met with unreasonable behavior. We truly hope you get the service you need with your current company.
