I can't thank Michelle enough for helping me through the gauntlet that is the Medicaid process. While it took time to collect the data needed, it was nothing compared to then having to sort through 5 years of numbers and statements and knowing what the state is looking for. Then add the back and forth with the actual caseworker. Cliche but time is valuable and this was money well spent

Michelle was indispensible to us. We were in a real mess, very lost in a complex financial situation for my Mother, and she calmly and patiently took us through the Title 19 process step by step. She thoroughly addressed all 5 siblings many concerns, and promptly responded to all follow-up questions. Michelle stepped us though what we had to do at our end, and referred us to competent legal experts when needed. It was very reassuring having her at our side in the complex Title 19 process.
