Absolutely horrible customer service. My deposit has not been returned yet even after two months. No response to calls, text messages or emails. Just be careful when doing any rentals through this property.

I would rather shovel elephant crap for $3/hr than ever renting from this company ever again, Margaret should find a new career because this one does not suit her at all. Unprofessional and unpleasant would be the best words to describe her. House was trashed when we moved in, complaints were disregarded, had a friend actually fall through  our rotting deck and only after we said she was threatening to sue they came in fixed it within 2 days: flash forward 3 years as we move out we get deducted $730 from our deposit because i kid you not, "THE INSIDE OF THE OVEN WASNT CLEAN". Was strongly considering gathering information to start a lawsuit against this company, but its just not worth my time. Stay away from these people they are absolutely awful.

I was a client with RPM for a few years, but for some reason, we had to cancel our contract and this was 3 months ago!!! well to date they did not return the tenant deposit even though the contract clearly state that has to be return we try to call them several times and send emails but no reply so I suggest to be careful once you stipulated a contract with this company

I would give zero stars as well if that was possible.  Margaret Gledhill is a horrible human and is her assistant Loriana!  They ignore your work orders and calls.  Then get mad when I get pissed at their lack of professionalism and response, but still email you to fix your autopay because the rent went up!!!  5 weeks after ignoring my work order.  NOT HAPPENING!!Now my fridge is loud and cranking to stay alive, I called Margaret, emailed her and Loriana, and texted Margaret's supervisor Arthur, and now my calls are being ignored.  Guess who is cancelling her rent payment all together until my problems are resolved?  ME!  STAY AWAY, THESE PEOPLE HAVE ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, ZERO INTEGRITY, AND TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVING THIER CUSTOMERS!
