The receptionist there is so rude. Unfortunately, due to his receptionist this dentist has now lost 5 patients ( my family) plus co-workers that I referred.( One of my co-workers didnt realize that I had stopped going because of the receptionist and she too had the same complaint about her.) I called and left messages for the dentist to return my call and he has not. I guess he doesnt care.

Dr. OConnor and staff are very professional and friendly which make me feel extremely comfortable. The waiting area and dental procedure areas were clean and neat, well kept. Everyone had genuine personalities and displayed caring attitudes.

Ive always been terrified to go to the dentist, not anymore! Dr. OConnor is the kindest, most caring and honestly the best dentist Ive ever had. He, along with Courtney, have made me look forward to my appointments! I truly enjoy my visits. Is that even possible? Yes, it absolutely is, because Renew Dental is fantastic. I am so thankful for this practice.
