        Was quoted $130 to fix my phone screen when I got it fixed for $70 bucks at some other place. Also the place reeked of smoke. Not something a customer wants to smell.

        I got good service fron young man in training,, but for some reason in the middle of sale at like 1pm in the daytime (after transferring all my phone data and info from my old phone, they tell me, oh guess what the promotion changed and they upped the cost of my phone without honoring the transaction deal we made. I had samsung 1yr old fully paid S22 note.. The upgrade promotion stated $800 buy back. Then they said now the buy back change to $400. I CALL BULL. Crazy, ike I was almost ready to pay and they pulled that stunt. I asked to speak to manager and he gave me the hustler song and dance. Like sometging like. if virizon doesn't honor the sale he will knock off price of his over priced accessories.$150 bucks they swindled me for 400. Lol, I felt like I was dealing with street hustlers. Anyways, they may very well probably help out a lot of people in area ligit, but for as for my experience, not thrilled. No desire to go back nor would send friends or family there. Hope this didn't happen to too many people.
