        They dropped my oil tank cap behind the tank into the wall. I understand mistakes happen but all they did was leave a note on my tank saying that's what happened (didnt call or anything) I called and they said they would replace it. They didn't. I called again and they said they would replace it. They didn't. I called a third time and guess what? They didn't come out and replace it. The cap I had on there was $60 key locking one. That's just poor customer service in my book.
