I took my wife here to get evaluated for a mommy makeover. The staff was good. Expect a little bit of a delay, since we had to wait about an hour after our appointment time. I know there are a lot of questions but this should be factored in the time waiting. Monique was our advisor to begin the process and was very thorough explaining all the financial aspects. Starla explained the process when we finally went for the evaluation, she was a fantastic nurse. After speaking with Dr. Rocco, which was a great physician, we found out my wife didn't qualify for the program. Sono Bello honored the refund, but the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the lapse in communication towards the end of the refund. The refund process started on March 15th and we were told it would take 7-10 business days to be returned to the card. I called on March 29th to get an update. I was then told the refund would be sent in the mail because it was too long ago the transaction was processed. I checked my account today April 4th and the refund was in my account. I'm not sure if I was told differently to be dismissed off the phone call. Constructive criticism (10-14 business days) would be a better turnaround and pitch to give patients waiting for a refund. Other than that, I would still recommend this place to anyone looking for this type of procedure.

MY CONSULTATION WITH MRS MONIQUE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND STRAIGHT UP WITH ME AND MY WIFE. MY WIFE AND I FELT GREAT AND VERY EXCITED ABOUT OUR UP COMING PROCEDURE AND OUR NEW LOOK THATS ABOUT TO REALLY TAKE PLACE FOR OUR 18th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY THIS YEAR.
