        It was a god-send working with Teresa on our most recent transaction. The property itself, solar panels, and loan were a little less than straight-forward, so I was so glad that there was such a knowledgable, understanding, and problem-solving expert on the other side of the table as it allowed both parties to come away with the best possible and fair outcome. Teresa was always available and brought up any potential issues ahead of time to make sure the transaction was always on track and that we could work through any problems. Both the seller and buyer were extremely satisfied and I have to give so much credit to Teresa's ability to keep things positive, clear, and fair. I highly recommend her for any transaction!

        Mike was the right agent for me! He was very patient with all of my questions, phone calls, and showings. He took his time with me going through homes seeing what kind of work may be needed and if it was something I could fit into my budget. Mike was very knowledgeable and experienced regarding real-estate transactions. We looked at many homes before I found the right one for me!! Even though the closing process was very tedious he kept me informed and reassured the whole way through. I would 100 percent suggest Mike for your future home buying.
