        Came in last weekend after an underwhelming shopping experience at Mattress Firm and finding this place on Google. It was early on a Sunday morning and we had the regional manager Pablos undivided attention nearly the entire time. He asked what we were looking for and based on that, showed us a few options in our price range. He did have us check out one that was more than we could spend and when we didnt instantly love it he guided us back to what wed been looking at with no pressure to buy something more. We bought here just as much because of him, if not more so, than because we found a good deal on a mattress we liked. It was just delivered the other day, so still tbd how well it will work for us, but we are hopeful this is the solution to alleviating our back pain.

        We came here very discouraged after a negative experience at Mattress Firm. Pablo was very knowledgeable, and respected our budget which we really appreciated. We had our toddler with us, and he was so kind and accepting of him running around the store while we tested mattresses. Highly recommend metro mattress over mattress firm for the experience and the lesser fees!
