        The website stated store closes at 6 pm. When I arrived, the sign at the door says store closes at 5 pm.

        Ok. I don't ship very often and I know this is the season. But I come in with items in a box and UPS shipping labels. I ask for help to estimate how many additional boxes and Bubble Wrapping I need. But no Luck. All what I get is a grumpy answer about we sell wrappers by the foot. I was seriously wanting to pay for the help with the packaging but I switched off at that point. I'll box it and wrap it myself. And drop it in a UPS dropping point. Some friendly smile goes a long way.
