        Very bad company, I contacted the day before to confirm and everything was supposedly fine, the next day the movers never arrived and I had to look around the neighborhood for help from people to move THEY NEVER ARRIVED AND THE COMPANY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO SEND THE MOVERS AND THEY NEVER ARRIVED.. I advise you to look for another company, don't waste your time with this company.. What a bad time we had after renting the UHAUL.. days after I received the credit card report and guess whatthey already got paid, and they found out it was a SCAMMER keep away from this moving services (bilingual massage) they are a fraud, don't hire them, they charged the credit card and they let us know that they were a fraud, THEY ARE A FRAUD! !!!

        I used this moving service 2 years ago (July 14th 2021) and it was the worst experience of my life. They showed up 4 hours late and with no tools or anything else. Even with 4 of us helping them, we didn't get done until almost 3 am and the job was still incomplete. However, I was given a discount and was happy with the money taken off since my family and I did just as much work as the movers did. My biggest issue is that they took a door off and never put it back on and were supposed to come back the next day to move my treadmill into the house and put the door back on because the treadmill was put in the outdoor shed. I ended up putting the door back on myself when no one showed up for days. I've been calling for 2 years to have my treadmill brought into my house. I've been told three times that someone would be coming to take care of it and no one ever did. Now their phone is out of service and their website is down. I paid $600 for my brand new treadmill before moving. I went into the shed today to try and see if we could get it in ourselves but it's useless now because it doesn't work. A brand new treadmill!! Thank you Helping Hands. $600 out the door because you don't know how to keep your word and do your job right.

        SCAM ALERT!!! Do not use this company, they will take your money without any services rendered. I had a signed contract for today and paid for moving help months prior. I spoke to Ericka several times during this time period. The day off, NO SHOW! All contact numbers disconnected! I even messaged on Facebook and Instagram, sent an email to Ericka, Joy and Armin- the supposed owners with no response. I will be taking steps to attempt to get a refund and be compensated for costs incurred, and be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

      We apologize for any miscommunication Ms. Ariel. After sending you a confirmation yesterday evening, we noticed your move was actually on the calender for July 24th and NOT June 24th, that is why a crew was not dispatched to you today. We are happy to provide you with a full refund of your deposit. A representative will contact you on Monday to arrange. We again apologize for the mixup and can certainly understand your frustration and doubt. Unfortunately due to the weather today our lines went down which left many to assume we are not open, which are currently being worked on. Thank you.
