        I have been banking with TD Bank for over 16 years and I can say this, every time I step into this branch Im greeted with a smile, hello, good morning whether its Destiny, Jayla or Tiana those ladies are so nice, respectful, fast, friendly and professional all in one. It truly makes a difference being nice to your guest/customers and I can say those three ladies got it down packed

        This is by far the slowest bank I've ever been to. They have only two tellers and the tellers take 10-15 minutes with each customer. It's a bank... the entire time I stood in line one woman continued to help the same individual and then proceeded to chat with another customer in between. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Overall someone needs to change and they need to do better because this is wild. I have no intentions of returning to this specific bank again, and will go out of my way to not utilize a TD Bank in the future. Frustrating.
