Sleep Number

Our salesman Wayne was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. If only all of your buying experiences could be like that. We have owned a Sleep Number bed for many years and its time for a replacement; we wouldnt own anything but a Sleep Number bed. Do yourself a favor and go see Wayne at the Waterford CT store before you purchase your next bed!

Great place to go and check try out a sleep number bed. The sales rep was great not pushy at all and very helpful. If u have any questions they would explain everything and help guide u to a bed you like and not just one they push on you

Wayne was our salesman and we were told if anything broke it would be fixed under warranty for 15 years. We've had the bed just over a year, footwarmer and nightlight no longer work. I called to see about getting it fixed and it's going to cost us over $300 just for the one side of foot warmer. Wayne never told us it would be fixed at a prorated rate. I definitely don't think this bed was worth $10,000! Already having issues after a year. Also if you do decide to get this do not get the flex top, if you like to snuggle. One of us is always falling in the hole. The top separates, it's so annoying! Before buying I asked Wayne if it would separate and he said "No, not at all, my wife and I have the same one." He's probably not even married, just a sales pitch! When my husband rolls on to my side the air doesn't adjust. It's like I'm sleeping on a balloon. If you like dealing with shifty salespeople, falling in crevices, sleeping on air balloons and way over paying for things, this is the place to go!

Great customer service and I liked that we were able to ask questions and not feel rushed or as if we ere inconveniencing anyone. With such a huge purchase we wanted to make sure we got the perfect bed and the associate in store definitely helped us out tremendously. We would absolutely recommend them.
