        My favorite place to be! Every instructor there is amazing and they all offer a different ride experience so theres something for everyone. Also great class times are offered so I know I can always fit it into my schedule. Great, clean space. I have the unlimited rides membership and its worth every penny!

        First ride is not free! I do not have multiple accounts, never been to a spin class before and was not notified of the policy!

        Website advertises first ride free. I put in all of my information and received a confirmation email congratulating me and confirming my spot in the class. About 45 mins before the start of class I received a call from the owner stating the first class was not free and there would be a $15.00 fee. I understand things happen but due the confusion and misleading website I would have hoped in the honor of good customer service they would have still allow me to attend the free class, since I got an email confirming I was all set and telling me to arrive 20 min before. They called me 20 min before Im suppose to arrive which I thought was very inconsiderate. They did apologize for the confusion, but I could tell the owners really did not care. I'm sure the workout would have been great but the culture and atmosphere is equally as important when investing in a gym membership

      Hi Brittany,On top of the box where you entered your information it clearly states *at participating studios. You also had multiple accounts (two emails), which is not allowed. We notified you via email, and also called you as a courtesy. If you are a CT resident you qualify for the first ride $15.00 promotion. We absolutely care about the environment in our club and pride ourselves on very happy members.
