I have dealt with them twice already. They are truly very professional. Their staff is of exceptional quality. They are very detail oriented. Their sales manager Bill Zacks is very pleasant person and becomes instant friend with you. He will provide services with utmost attention like his own project. Their Project manager Tom Donovan is an expert in his work and does it perfect. He will try to do the best work with minimum cost. Overall, I am very happy with their work and not only I will call them again for small or big project, but will not hesitate to recommend to anybody. My hats off to them for truly professional work.

We had two bathrooms gutted and remodeled. We couldn't be happier with the way they turned out. All of the people we dealt with starting from the initial meeting with the sales and design team, the project manager and all of the work crew were all really great to deal with. All of the workers were extremely polite, neat and took pride in their work. They were very approachable with questions and concerns we had during the course of the project. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. Even during the demo process, they took great care in keeping the mess to a minimum. We highly recommend Baybrook and would not hesitate to use them again.

The team at Baybrook did a phenomenal job in a major build out of a 30,000 sq/ft office and warehouse space in record time. From demo to fitting out all new windows, flooring, HVAC, lighting and office buildout. We were so proud of all the work that was completed we even had the Governor stop by for an opening. This team is superb! From the first sales call to the final check list, everyone is professional, clear and highly skilled. I have been very impressed by the attention to detail in all projects and how they will call out any unexpected issues and work together to solve them to my satisfaction. I've been working with this team for nearly 2 years and will go back to complete my remaining projects :)

Dear Adam, Carolyn and I want to convey our gracious thanks to you, your foreman John and all your Baybrook team for their masterful craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding commitment to client satisfaction. In totally remodeling our apartment, your team certainly had a significant project responsibility with numerous special requests, both large and small. When we first walked into our newly remodeled apartment we were simply awestruckand we continue to be delighted! Each individual workmans outstanding professionalism and minute attention to every detail was clearly evident in the very beautiful and absolutely flawless final outcome. Furthermore, I must commend and convey my appreciation to John and his colleagues in their wonderfully positive demeanor and genuine kind considerateness in accommodating my several subsequent requests. Finally, I believe Baybrooks pricing structure was fair and reasonable especially when viewed in the context of your exceptional craftsmanship.
