The Stables Indoor Cycling Studio

I highly recommend The Stables! All of the instructors are amazing and bring awesome energy no matter what level of expertise you have!

We were there to celebrate my bachelorette and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the entire experience! The ladies decorated the studio and bike for the occasion, were amazing and worked with my bridesmaids on the song list and couldn't have made the day more special! Abby was an AMAZING instructor and really tailored the class to us and our varying experience levels. She brought the energy and VIBE for the ride and we were so grateful :) We loved The Stables and I wish they were closer so I could go back!

We are celebrating a bachelorette party and this was the perfect way to kick off the day! The ladies at The Stables Spin Studio were amazing to work with and customized the ride for our group. Abby was so much fun and went above and beyond to treat us so well! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to do a group party or even just join a regular class!

I stopped by the Stables Studio this summer and was immediately hooked. Its the best way to get your day started at the beach! I always leave feeling energized and ready to take on the day. If your in town go jump into class for not only a great workout but a straight up good time.
