We started our search in mid summer 2022 for our dream home near the beach. We looked at existing homes and some new neighborhoods. What draws you to the Estuary is the location, amenities, and the beautiful lakes. What makes you move there is finding the right home. We met with several builders before meeting with Kathleen. After some phone calls and texts back and forth, we settled on the Monterey with a second floor porch. Kathleen was warm and friendly from the first appointment, driving us all over in her golf cart to the final detail of adding the kitchen backsplash. Our project manager, Jordan Pippin, was great to work with, and we enthusiastically awaited his weekly video updates of the building of our new home. He willingly met us virtually, as well as in person, answering our many questions along the way. He gave us a move in date back in September, even with Covid supply delays, and we settled on the exact date promised. Do not hesitate to make the Estuary your new home and let Kathleen Jacobs plan it, and Jordan Pippin build it. Can't wait for our first summer here at the Estuary!

We love our NV home and the buying/construction experience. Everything went very smoothly from our sales experience with Kathy Jacobs to our Project Manager Chris Truitt. Kathy was very helpful and so nice as we moved through the buying process. She even recalled a story I told about my father and left us a token of that story in our new home. So thoughtful! Our PM Chris kept us informed of the construction progress each week, sending weekly video updates and answering our questions along the way. Any time we had a concern or question, Chris was on it! He was great! We recently settled and love the home! As we moved through the mortgage and settlement process our loan officer Jen Funke was very helpful and the process was easy to navigate. Settlement took 15 minutes! The house is gorgeous and the community at the Estuary is amazing. The neighbors are friendly, theres so much to do and hey, were only a shuttle ride away from the beach!
