The trainer is very knowledgeable and responsive. She always followed up with helpful videos and handouts. The work required to train a pet this way takes a lot of consistent patience from the owner, but it's worth it. My dog is really a pleasure despite having started as a highly anxious rescue who was skiddish.

Nancy did not listen to me when I talked. She may be fine with dogs, but has horrible people skills. She was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Nancy was lovely! We recently adopted a 3 month old double merle Australian Shepherd, and our 6 year old retriever mix wasn't taking to him as well as we would've hoped. Nancy made an exception and came out to my home when she doesn't normally travel to our area. She spent so much time with me and my family and I must say, her visit was SUCH a turning point. The techniques she has taught us with our dogs has helped improve their relationship MAGNIFICENTLY. They're not playing yet-- but maybe someday soon thanks to Nancy! Would definitely recommend her and would definitely use her again.

Nancy was great! She made sure my dog was comfortable with her before she even tried any training. She gave me a lot of valuable information. I will be sure to refer her to everyone!
