Owner not at all friendly just wants your money . He really acts like he doesn't have time for anyone. Some staff is unprofessional as well. Can't wait till Bernie water ice is open.

The guy messed up pretty much our entire order. Ordered 3 things he messed up 2 of those. It was packed so obviously we weren't gonna sit there and wait with ravenous customers ahead and behind us....oh well, first Ritas visit of the season and they screwed the pooch kinda hard on this one.

If Ritas is looking for someone to show/train other Ritas how its done this Ritas is it. Chris(manager) is amazing. If you have a flavor thats not on the list, hell make it. If its not in stock, hell go get it from another Ritas, even if you tell him not to worry about it. The online list of flavors is on the website faithfully everyday which is nice because I dont have to call and bug them. Always clean, napkins stocked, trash empty, and plenty of workers to take your order. You cant go wrong with this Ritas. Customer service is beyond. Thank you for all you do Chris! We appreciate it!

The prices are way too high! A small Gelato and a baby cup (asked for half the amount) with sprinkles was $9.45!
